Shipping, Refunds, & Returns
What is the return/refund policy?
Please note that Cristina is unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if there are any issues with your order, if your package arrives damaged during shipment, please take a photo of the damaged package and art and email info@cristinaadkisson.com soon as possible. Please make sure to include your order number and a short explanation. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best resolution.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to ship, as each item is custom-made in house.
